Abira Das has started her journey at an early age with the motto “No one can close the door that God has opened for you !”. She is a firm believer of this motto.

She holds a Masters Degree in English, B.Ed., PGDM ( Pune) and MBA ( HR) from ICFAI University.

She has more than 26 years of experience in teaching and administration in college and school. She was associated to ABSS Institute of Higher Education – A 3 year Degree College, under WBUT (Presently MAUKAM) in capacity of Assistant Professor and Officiating Principal. She is the founder Principal of Agrasain Boys’ School.

She has an arsenal of achievements and awards to her name, of which some mentionable are - Inspiring Best Teacher Award 2018, the most prominent Woman Empowerment Award 2019, ABP Prathibha Swakriti 2019, Prof. Indira Parikh to Woman in Education Leaders, Rashtriya Nirman Ratan Award Education Excellence, IKA 2023, India K12 Awards 2024 and many more

She is a beacon of inspiration and a pioneer in her field. She is passionate about music and books.
