Mr. Swarnabha Saxena is a young entrepreneur and principal in the West Bengal Chapter of C.I.S.C.E. He serves as the Principal of Holy Rock school, based in Burdwan, West Bengal. After earning his master's degree and B.Ed. from the University of Burdwan he started his career as the associate Principal of this Holy Rock School. He works as Assistant. Secretary of the Executive Body of the CISCE.

He significantly aided the school's expansion, allowing it to flourish in terms of both academics and extracurricular activities. HRS could open its ISC section with all the three courses Science, Commerce and Humanities only in the year 2014 under the guidance and outstanding workmanship of the existing Principal, Mr. Swarnabha Saxena. His school consistently produces district and national toppers. He spares no effort to assure his students' whole progress.

He has garnered a number of plaudits for his amazing leadership skills.

In 2021, he received the C.V. Raman Education Award for Exceptional Leadership. He has obtained the most prestigious and sought-after D.Lit. honour from the University of Central America, in recognition of his contributions in the public realm in supporting education for building a just and equitable society.
