He is a visionary educationist with a panoramic experience of 21 years in the field of education and administration (of schools). He has bagged exceptionally well results in B.Com (Honours) and MA (Economics) from Calcutta University, as well as in his B.Ed. from Jadavpur University. To enhance his educational qualification, he completed his LL. B. from Surendra Nath Law College, Kolkata. Mr. Pandey is an Inspector for CISCE Schools and is presently a Convenor and Coordinating Convenor for ISC Examinations. It was under his supervision and intellectual guidance that Ratnakar North Point School, Howrah, recorded a meteoric rise in academics. He has efficiently transformed the school into a rapidly progressive institution. Mr. Pandey, for his commendable contribution in the field of education, has been highly rewarded. He is a recipient of several awards like, ‘The Best Teacher Award’ by Lions Club, Howrah, ‘Visionary Principal Award’ by Zenik, ‘The Best Motivator Award’, ‘Global Principals’ Award’, to name a few.
