Born and raised in the picturesque Dooars region of Hamiltonganj, Alipurduar district, Rajesh Pradhan developed a passion for education and community service from a young age. He pursued his higher education with dedication, earning an MA in English, B Ed, and PG diploma in School Psychology. His strong educational background laid the foundation for his future endeavours in education.

With a vision to provide quality education to every child, regardless of their financial background, he founded Little Angels School in Hamiltonganj under the aegis of the Hamiltonganj Raj Foundation. He worked tirelessly to establish the institution, keeping in mind the local community's financial constraints. Through persistent efforts and hard work, he successfully obtained affiliation from the council in 2023 and ISC in 2025. He previously held the position of General Secretary in the North Bengal Pvt School Association, where he assisted schools in management and training teachers. His experience and expertise in education counselling have been invaluable to the community.
