The ASISC Regional Quiz Competition 2022 (West Bengal and North East States) was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Mr Ranjan Mitter, Principal – The Future Foundation School, Kolkata; Secretary – ASISC, West Bengal Chapter; and Principal Secretary – CISCE Games & Sports, WB & NE Region. The Secretary of Garden High School, Ms Mahua Dasgupta and the Principal of Garden High School, Mrs Rajashri Biswas were also present at the inaugural ceremony. The Quiz Master Mr Samraat Sengupta and his team from Mosedu Knowledge Foundation conducted the Preliminary Quiz rounds with 32 participating schools divided into four groups of 8 teams each namely A,B,C and D. The top two teams from the four groups qualified for the Final Round. Team D4 from DPS New Town, Kolkata, with the team members Rajdeep Das and Aman Ray achieved the highest score and was declared the Champion/winning team. Team A3 from The Heritage school stood second. The team members were Abhishanka Kumar and Sanjana Basu. The 3rd highest scores were achieved by Team C2 of Garden High School. Team members were Hrishav Das Gupta and Monoshij Ghosh. Participation certificates were awarded to all schools. Merit certificates and medals went to the top three teams. The trophy (cup) was lifted by DPS New Town. All guidelines were adhered to and it was an exciting and well-conducted event
