With an impeccable service record spanning 32 years in the field of education, he has been successfully delivering positive results.

Equipped with strong leadership skills, excellence and wisdom, Mr. Bagul is someone who believes in ideals and constantly strives to achieve them. With a post graduate degree in Zoology / Developmental Biology from Pune University along with certification in Educational Leadership from IIM Calcutta, he blazes a trail of luminous accomplishments. He enjoys the recognition of being awarded by  multiple organizations for “Exemplary leadership in the field of Education”, “Rashtriya Nirmata Samman”, “Ambassador of Peace Award”, to name a few. Mr. Bagul is the British Council School Ambassador, He holds a key position in the academic community and has been the Convenor for the CISCE directed ISC examinations for 3 years. He is presently the the Inspector for CISCE Schools.  He holds key position on the Managing Committees of various Schools & Educational Organizations.

He has completed a Residential Leadership Management Residential Program on Educational Leadership at IIM Calcutta from 18-20 January 2017 at the prestigious IIM Kolkata, under the aegis of CISCE.

Mr. John Bagul has also successfully completed Certificate Course in School Leadership under the aegis of  Aditya  Birla Education Trust (ABET) from September 2021 to March 202.

A visionary par excellence, Mr. Bagul has acquired a rich gamut of experience as he moved from teaching University Level Zoology to PG students and IGCSE abroad and later to CBSE as the Vice Principal of a leading school in Maharashtra and continuing his journey as a successful Founder Principal of the current CISCE Affiliated South City International School.

Mr. John Bagul has to his credit the experience of being associated with many International schools and Universities within the country and has even gone onto exploring the education system and policies of schools abroad. His international exposure ranges from working at a British Curriculum International School in Abu Dhabi to South Wales Dept. of Education and Communities, Australia. He enjoys the distinction of participating at The Howard Gardner India Tour, Delhi Talk in 2012. He is the Citizen Liaison Volunteer for U.S. Consulate General Kolkata, India.  He has widely traveled across various continents exploring quality educational institutions Stanford University being one of them.
