I joined St.Anthony's School in the year 1995 as a young accountant and a marketing officer. I started my active teaching career in the year 1997. Under my mentor the Founder Principal Mr Maurice D'cruz. I learnt to be a close and thorough teacher and to appreciate the importance of co-curricular activities in the formation of the minds and hearts of the youth. The management made me the Vice-Principal in the year 2000. Completing my Bed from IGNOU in the year 2003 and Masters in Ecology & Environment.

I was then upgraded to the post of Principal of the school.
To constantly improve myself, I welcome challenges so I can shift, learn, transform. I constantly strive for enrichment courses. I have been to several CISCE Principal's workshops. I have done MDP courses in IIM Calcutta and IIM Ahmedabad. I work collegially with the staff members and do not believe in hierarchy leadership. I believe communication with Students is the key to Education. I am constantly working hard to make my School a secular and a progressive school.

I was the Secretary for the largest body of Schools in the Hills AHLIS in 2004-05 and I am presently  the Asst.Secretary for the ASISC North Bengal and Northeast Chapter. I have been recently made the Inspector by the CISCE Board. I want to retire early in life so that I can pave way for young Educators.

I stand by the motto of my Alma Mater "Omnia Bene Facere" which means "Do All things Well"
